National Poetry Month: Health Haiku from NIH
Haiku from the National Institutes of Health
In case you had your doubts, the U.S. National Institutes of Health has proven that anyone can participate in National Poetry Month!
Health Haiku (for National Poetry Month) ~

fight inflammation

If NIH can do it, so can you. Try your hand at a haiku!
The 14-syllable poem has a simple format: 5/7/5. The first line has five syllables, the second seven and the final line has five syllables. (Go ahead, count the haiku above.) (See?)
So, do what NIH does: try a haiku! Send it to me and I'll publish it during National Poetry Month.
